I like Ragnahawk for obvious reasons

Absolutely amazing game. In a way it reminds me of the first time I played Portal. Learning to think about the way this game's mechanics mesh together is endlessly enjoyable and I love every moment of it.

Banger game. GOTY for sure

Very good classic style shooter! Lots of secrets to find and satisfying enemies to gib! the smg could stand to feel a little more impactful, but it does its job and I don't have any complaints about the other weapons!

Just a complete banger of a game. The king of classic FPS as far as I'm concerned. It's the bar that all subsequent FPS games needed to meet. To this day there are few who can compete.

This game, or perhaps specifically this port of the game, is intensely frustrating. At multiple points, the stealth seems to be completely thrown out the window. Every stealth element that the game has was done better by other properties years before this came out. The ambitious movement system that would later become the key feature of the later Assassin's Creed series from Ubisoft seems to be in its infancy here. While an interesting gimmick it fails to be practical in all but the few scripted sequences that the game provides and signposts rather heavily. The shooting is also weak, having a reticle that just isn't accurate to where your shots can potentially land (far outside the indicated range of the bloom). Splinter Cell, while an old game, attempts to do many things at once, and ends up falling flat on its face at each thing it attempts even in relation to its contemporaries. Would have been better as a more focused experience, choosing either to be a polished third person shooter or a polished stealth game, rather than a frustrating mixture of both.

All this in addition to difficulty getting the game to run smoothly on modern hardware, I can't give this game a recommendation to anybody. Perhaps these issues are mitigated on the console versions, but this is all about the Steam version.

Fun necromancy-focused experience! Wholehearted recommendation for anyone who cares about this particular niche of mage.

For the love of god don't pay for this abomination

This and Thief Gold are the pinnacle of stealth games. Endlessly replayable classic, especially with Fan Missions.

Thief Gold is a classic that I had neglected to play until very recently. Absolutely amazing game that everybody should play.
