Fun!

Fun! It feels great to see a build really come into fruition. I've only played Monk so far but it's really fun to "break" the game then struggle for a bit. Retool then go back to breaking the game again. On death effects are a mood killer, I'd like trading to be more seamless and for rare mobs to be more pronounced. Act 1 feels perfectly crafted, act 2 feels like an 8/10, but act 3 feels like a huge slog. I'm going back through the game on cruel at a slower pace to get to the endgame so my opinion will probably change more.

I loved Hades 1 and Hades 2 seems to improve in almost every regard with a story (so far) that seems just as interesting. Support supergiant.

I mod games all the time but the fact that it's damn near required for me mod the game to be playable above 1/3 of my refresh rate is INSANE. It's even funnier that literally none of the old fixes work anymore. I'm glad I bought starfield for 30 bucks on a keysite, bethesda literally can't do anything right

I can see the game being much more enjoyable in a few years after modders fix a lot of my core issues. Everything about it feels dated, and you may love that old Bethesda charm. I however wanted some sense of innovation and didn't really feel any of that. Guns have no discernible differences in my opinion. I like to play on higher difficulties and the enemy A.I is just garbage. If they even shoot you back they hit harder which is to be expected, but there's no complex patterns to them. Constellation seems like a fun group but I was just so bored I have to inclination to continue on. I wouldn't buy this at full price, I would get it from a key site like I did.
