too many cheaters in PVP.

It's a hot take but I know a lot of o.g players will agree with it.

June 1st Recoil Update has ruined the game. Completely and entirely.
I like many other players have over 3k hours and have played the game since alpha back in 2015.
In the past we have seen different iterations of the recoil system but this is by far the worst. What made rust exciting and enjoyable was working towards different skill goals such as learning base designs, loot puzzle runs but most importantly, Recoil.
Rust has no ranking system and thus you measured your skill in the game based of how good you were at different aspects, some people were great base builders, others great pvpers etc. Recoil was fundamental to Rust. It was notoriously hard but that made you want to improve and enjoy it as you got better and better.

I understand facepunch are trying to suck up to variety streamers who play the game once a year and the offline tv newbies, but in doing so and adding all the unnecessary ♥♥♥♥ they have they have destroyed what made the game enjoyable for many of the OJ players who have spent years of their lives playing the game.

It's a real shame to see the devs make such a bad update given how most updates in the past and their communication and understanding of the community were so good.

And before anyone starts crying saying I'm a ukn sweat or whatever, I wasn't I just played the game, roamed my guns and got better. I agree it's not fun spending hours aim training but if you want a quick and easy FPS game go play COD.
