Kinetic Void is a fantastic space exploration game. You can build your ship and you are only limited by your imagination (oh and the part list) but it still gets the job. You build your ship then boom your in the game fly anywhere and you can destroy everything in your path or be nice and cruise around the galaxy. It's YOUR journey, YOU decide.
