This is a would be neutral review.

It succeeded in it's intended outcome of being uncomfortable throughout as stated in the game's notes, that I do not mind.

There are just some things I greatly dislike. They didn't need to have sex is my biggest complaint. It just happened, Eiji should have been a mature enough person to say no from sex to a 16 year old. He should have explained his feelings. The off the wall 'fantasy' of suicide was not eluded to at all, and not left long enough to feel meaningful in any way. I know ebi-hime wanted to create a relationship like this, inspired by novels but that just isn't where our society is nowadays.

A scene of Eiji's leave, from both perspectives would have been nice. The departure of Reiko from the Inn would have made the epilogue less jarring.

It was an enjoyable, but frustrating experience.

Would have been better if it didn't need to pander to being an Adult Game. That being said, this is still one of my favourite games of all time, an easy top 20. It has humour, characters in the party feel like real individuals in pandemonium (or Regulus), especially Florentina. Combat is alright, can be cheesed in some aspects (ahem Paragons evasion)

Couple gripes:
Art style inconsistencies, since some are commissioned to speed up development. Only jarring if it's really painterly/ anime looking.
Adult - just not what I wanna see, art style doesn't fit for it imo.

I knew what to expect from NomNomNami, from their creations on itch.io.

I really enjoyed this, it's a short experience but a worthwhile one (100% Completion).

I really enjoyed 'playing' through this experience because
A-Eye is an interesting character
Music actually Bops near the end of the game

The game is really fun! However, people will complain about progression. As someone that plays 'competitive' mobile games I'm used to these kind of systems, but I understand why many steam users are annoyed by it.

This review was positive, but following the 'Earth 2 acquisition... and lack of updates for years the game is dead. I was hopeful for this game, it's a fun arena shooter and I'm a sucker for craft and crash games like this (especially after Robocraft dev support dropped)
