Cute little puzzle game with an easy to use level editor. If you like building train tracks and solving logic puzzles this one is definitely for you.

I really want to like this game for it's building mode, ease of use and basic to complex structure.....BUT and its a big but; the controls are garbage, not in a handling whilst driving sort of way but in terms of overall controls. I seem to be constantly fighting the game whilst trying to play. It feels like each button is mapped to several different things which simultaneously fire off whilst doing other stuff. E.G. when trying to brake it keeps bringing up the chat menu and even after rebinding both brake and chat menu it still does it. Also don't even bother with using a controller, it hates you for it.

Would be mildly fun if I could get a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controller to work consistently but then you miss out on half the game's controls and have to keep switching. Account log in is absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like trying to perform the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ river dance on an open back pickup whilst doing 50mph through a field of nettles; painful, pointless and utterly stupid. Nexon as a company can go suck a fat hairy sack of fermented goat balls. What can you expect from the company that brings you law breakers and radical heights
Computer games are ment to be fun not infuriatingly disappointing. If I worked at nexon I'd eat a spastic donkey's ♥♥♥♥ just to get the hell out of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke of a company.

I honestly cannot recommend this game enough........unless you're scared of snakes.

The controls are a bit awkward at times and things such as unskipable cutscenes could have been fixed. It really needs another coat of polish to meet it's full potential. With that being said I had an immense amount of fun playing this game. The core mechanic fits the context perfectly and what started off as a rookie mistake in Unreal Editor turned out to be a unique and addictive game. I want more! I have 100% the achievements and I'm still going back.

Some more in depth:
It has a great difficulty curve with just enough fun to frustration to keep you coming back.
The environment design was great with scenes being bright and vibrant as well as cohesive.
Again the core mechanic is the real seller, if it looks like a game you would enjoy then you will enjoy it.
Damnit! The snake, Noodle, is cute. Maybe it's his expressions, maybe it's his minimalist voice sound effects or maybe it's something else I can't put my finger on. Either way he is straight out adorable, and that's not something I've ever said about a snake, cartoon or otherwise.
I think the music was really pleseant and fits the atmosphere very well. I found myself humming one of the tunes to buoy my spirits whilst doing mundane chores.

The game is short. 15 levels isn't much even with all the collectables, no dying runs and speed running it. I just want more.
It could really stretch out in terms of "pole structures" as the constant bamboo got a bit boring (this coming from someone who is shopping for the "perfect" bamboo house plant, so take that how you want) They could have diversified on their pole type assets (they had plenty of unused vines that you could climb on but never would whilst playing the level normally) The story probably shouldn't have been stolen from a 6 year old, I'm sure there is other cliches that would fit the bill and be less childish.
Doodle, the hummingbird, was a straight-up C U Next Tuesday. Lazy little S.O.B. who was talking too much, getting in the way of the camera!!! Taking too long to pick up pieces, I mean seriously why the hell do you have to fly round the piece and celebrate longer than link opening a box?? Doodle, you uselss prat, you are banished to the level of hell reserved for mascots like Navi......okay maybe that is a bit harsh but I did end up hating this time-wasting, gameplay-pausing little cretin. Just wait till you get to the wind levels and he picks you up, carries you over a gap then dumps you just too far off the platform to recover. It may be small but that knife in my back stings you little b4st4rd.

Even in early access my friends and I feel like the purchase has been worth it. I would recomend this game to everyone who likes fun.

A mix of "Don't Starve" and "How To Survive" but not as fun as either.
