The one that started the Survivor genre craze.

Played this game a few years back as purely f2p and had an absolute blast. Played 50 hours of this game as purely f2p. Messing around on the 3 different classes. An actual story and missions that you could play through. Friends wanted to play other games and wasn't as fond of it as me so I never ended up getting any of the DLC/extra story stuff.

Now present day I log back in remembering the fun I had just shooting dudes and IMO pretty badass story they had and seeing if I should end up buying any of the DLC/extra story stuff and maybe get friends back into it. Instantly hits me with a cut-scene of pretty much saying "We removed all the f2p planets and deleted the old story f2p players could play through." Weird but okay lets see what I can still do as f2p... nothing. Strikes, pvp where you will just get dumbstered on because your gear is not even capable of reaching there level (cool whatever but the real kicker), and running around planets with no goal because there is literally no story for you to do.

What the actual ♥♥♥♥. Instant google search of what happened. Ah nice they just gutted f2p made it like a poor attempt at a demo and better yet seems like even some of the DLC story was also removed. All DLC weapons that's not part of the current expansion just do not matter. Seems like they ruined the game and I feel so damn sorry for people who have invested so much time and money into this game just for them to gut it like this.

I like lot. Play card. Forget to use any defense cards cause I didn't do math correctly and enemy is on 2HP. Take 30 dmg. Die. Get mad at myself for losing the really fun deck I had going. Go back in.

If you wanna SMASH giant monsters then get SMASHED by said giant monsters and rage out because you just spent last 30 minutes fighting this guy. Then this the game for you! Grind big bois then go WTF I need to kill these tiny guys to get better gear... fine. Go fishing! Mine cool ore! Ride Big Bois! Lag hard cause your PC isn't good enough!

Literally can't play the game. It seems really fun and I have fun for the 4-5 minutes I can play.

So I complete the tutorial and jump into practice (the only thing I seem to be able to do) and not long into it I'm having fun killing these AI that shoot at super slow and don't really do anything. All of a sudden 3 monitors with lines connecting them and a X in the middle of those 3 appears. Oh welp I guess I disconnected I will re join and try again and again multiple minutes in same thing happens. I search up online to find a fix. Everything I find was posted 1-2 years ago and all they really say is they are working on a patch to fix this. Maybe its just a bad day I will try again.

Next day launch up the game see sift through settings double check I'm connected to the closest server (says under 30 ping and green bars) well nothing should be wrong there. Get back into practice and I get further I have ever gotten. OMG it's working... aaaaand I jinxed it. Bam it appears at the top of my screen. I give up.

Game looks fun. It feels fun just wish I could actually play the game.
