This DLC doesn't continue the main campaigns story in any meaningful way and shouldn't have taken up one of the 4 slots for major expansion content for this game. To be absolutely clear, the content we DID get IS fun and enjoyable in a vacuum and serves as a sorta cheap transition into re-introducing the Mcguffin of the story, which feels like a complete step in the wrong direction for this game both mechanically and thematically. (Its unique seeing a main character straight up disregard the Mcguffin all together and its what made the ending choices of the main campaign truly have impact) While I get that this DLC is specifically designed this way because of the pre-established chaotic and downright surreal nature of THE LIMBO, it shouldn't have been the focus of the 2nd major expansion to this game. Remember that this game is supposed to involve exploring underground cold war laboratories and uncovering the horrifying truths behind the technological wonders of the "future" Edit: Overall, If you are looking for a fun game mode and feel comfortable knowing of the wasted potential of this DLC then Id say, for 10 dollars it isn't half bad. I bought the platinum version before launch because I had my hopes and my hopes after DLC 2 have been diminished...

Honestly a genuine diamond in the rough. A Genuinely jaw dropping experience from the team behind Ghost Wire Tokyo and The Evil Within this game combines the greatest attributes of Sunset Overdrive and Devil may Cry into a comprehensive package all while adding its own unique style and charm that never ceases to engage the player in more ways than one. Its plot is solid and clear and it progresses impressively well. Overall this game is worthy of holding a candle as the spiritual successor to Sunset Overdrive and is most
definitely worth your time 10/10

Edit: Still slaps

Atomic heart originally sold us with the promise of survival horror game set in a soviet punk world in a vast open world map containing interesting locations, alternative future Sci-Fi imaginings come true, and underground labratories with loose failed experiments running amok and a robot uprising causing widespread death and castrophic alt-Sci-Fi chaos across the whole complex. You play as a psychotic major sent in as a operative to clean up the mess at facility 3826 and stop the robot uprising and failed experiments from escaping the complex, blowing the whistle on the true sensitive nature of the facility. What we got instead was a game sorta like that Inital concept but its now about more alt future-science, revenge, and love. the games content post main campaign is more episodic than it is transitional or intergrational into the original game as a whole. DLC items, concepts, and locations have (as of writing) not been intergrated into one seamless game but rather 4 separate games set in different spots of the complex separated by cutscene's. The game is good as it is but I feel like somewhere along the way they forgot exactly what they were originally setting out to create, and as a result what we have feels like a cheapened version of what we were shown and told. Its not even like alot of it was left out either, the game still has alot of its original maps, assets and content that was just never implemented. 8.5/10

Early Access Review
Loads of fun with huge potential going forward, Its just Outlast+Saw mixed together in a very tasteful and lore friendly manner. Very Excited to see this game grow out of early access.

Edit: Finally after all this time the achievements actually work

Just turn it to D-X 11 and turn off v sync and the stuttering should go away, dunno why there's so many whiners complaining about graphics when we are literally given an option to customize them. ( whining would make sense if you couldn't do that at all) Overall Experience is exactly like dead space but polished and it has an interesting melee dodge mechanic I've not seen in a game before. My first experience had to be cut short but Im definately playing this all the way through but wanted to share my thoughts. Im sure the devs are already working to fix the D-X 12 shader cache which is the most likely issue involving the renderer on this particular game...

I've been waiting nearly 5 years to experience the deep and enigmatic world of scorn and I am writing this review right after completing my journey through its puzzling bio-labyrinthian world. I found this game has delivered everything eb-software had promised when first proposing the idea of scorn with their early demos. I seriously didn't understand the Initial negativity following the release of this game as all the advertising had explicitly stated that scorn isn't a shooter and was rather a puzzle game with guns., another thing I didn't understand was why people thought that the games length was not appropriate even though 5-8 hours is roughly the average for a single-player puzzle game, granted it all depends on the player and how fast they catch on to the concepts presented (and believe me the concepts in this game are complex) I think this game will find its intended audience as it seems the initial negativity was almost entirely based on misunderstanding. This game is more like survival horror and atmospheric horror game design meets beksinski and giger aesthetics. I highly recommend this game for those who wish for more body horror in their lives and you can never have enough body horror....

I have to retract my previous statement about how The outer worlds was the single greatest video game RPG that has come in our time. This title, now obviously goes to Disco Elysium. I find it difficult to even describe Disco Elysium as it represents many things and is a genuine masterpiece of its own. Every interaction in this game is meaningful in its own way which adds dialogue options, skill checks, and much more to really enhance the feeling that your choices of dialogue effect those around you. This game is so rich with lore and world building I can spend hours just admiring it and attempting to soak it up and understand its complex history. This game is certainly worthy of the title of best video game rpg of our time and no doubt lives up to the hype surrounding it. 10/10 Fine, lets blast SADfm then...
