Ingredients:
200g all-purpose flour (without baking powder)
250ml water
50g butter
1 lemon peel
Salt to taste
3 eggs
Oil for frying
Sugar for sprinkling
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation:
Add the butter and sugar. Gradually add the flour, stirring until the dough pulls away from the pan. Add the eggs one by one, mixing everything well. Put the dough into a piping bag for churros. Squeeze it into hot oil, cutting with your fingers. That’s it, they’re ready!
