The game's environment thrives on teamwork, respect, and collaboration, and racist behavior disrupts that spirit, making the experience toxic for everyone. On top of that, being bad at CS:GO is a normal part of learning and improving. However, using racism to cope with frustration only reveals a lack of maturity and sportsmanship, which ultimately hurts the player and everyone around them.
