This is by far the better half of the collection.

Unlike the Before The Storm variant, this version does not have hefty glitches. It has one major one I encountered (Near the end of the game, there's a section where you can get stuck in the corner of a car you need to walk past) but in general it runs well.

The story is exactly the same as the original game, so you most likely know, it's a good story that's not afraid to go surprisingly deep with its themes. The time mechanic offers some very creative challenges, even if I personally had to get a bit used to the way it worked, but that's moreso on me.

So a good story and no annoying glitches, definitely the half of the collection you get it for.

This remaster baffles me quite a bit. As it for some reason has plenty of issues, meanwhile the original game barely had any at all. You'd assume a collection would have consistent quality, no?

First of all: I should mention the story is actually good, if you enjoy Chloe Price as a character, or just want some more of the LiS world, that's lovely. In that regard I did enjoy my time, it's just the performance side where I can't get behind this game with its amount of glitches.

As mentioned in plenty of other reviews, this game suffers from voice over issues, most notably lines being delayed to the point they overlap, having characters talk over eachother, combine this with subtitles often not matching up or not appearing at all and it becomes tough to follow at times. There's also a glitched out graffiti spot, however the solution for that is doing another graffiti in the same room first, so I won't be too upset over that.

All around this game got done dirty when compared to the remaster of its predecesor, glitches that outright will lead to dialouge being harder to follow make me unable to recommend this half of the collection.

---{ Note }---
This game is one where you need to know the context off to truly understand it.

TMNT: Wrath of the Mutants is /NOT/ a newly made game, but rather a 2017 arcade game ported over to home consoles and PC. This game is mostly made for preservation or for those who can't access the places where these machines are located at. It's often compared to the vastly superior Shredder's Revenge, but these 2 games serve pretty different functions.

The game is fine for what it is, very basic, pretty short (Again, mostly due to it being an arcade game) and the new added content is nice. The audio is.. Not it, honestly, and I'm not sure if that is due to the arcade game or a sloppy port job so I'll leave it at that.

The price IS expensive, and if you just want any form of TMNT game then Shredder's Revenge is much better, but if this game goes on sale for like half the price, it's not a bad pick-up, especially if you enjoy the 2012 show.

---{Note }---
Tunche is a beat 'em up game set in the jungle, which is essentially all this game is. The game is far from bad, it's charming in its characters, artstyle and attempts to differentiate the characters but a lot of the game is held down a bit by repetetive gameplay.

There is a style meter present in Tunch, similiar to devil may cry (Which even has a reference in one achievement) and while you can try to get up to SSS rank, there's no benefit outside of the achievement, nor does the game really feel complex enough to discover different ways to reach it.

Upgrades and charms of sorts do help a bit with this feeling of repetetiveness but it doesn't outright cure it, since button mashing is more often than not the optimal strategy.

Every character has its own story, the issue? It is completely random if you get one, two, three, all of them or even none. You can play the entire game and basically know nothing of who you're playing as.

Basically, you'll get the most out of Tunche if you play it over and over again, but the gameplay doesn't feel fresh enough to justify it. But because the multiplayer is fun and because I think presentation and charm carry it a lot, I can still recommend it if you don't mind a basic beat em up game. The developers hearts are on display in the way the game carries itself and I love that.

Just as many have, I've played the original Doki Doki when I was in middle school, the game was/still is free, which did make me question: Can the price tag be justified when I can get a similiar experience for free?

The answer? Yes. The story itself is the exact same, but the quality of life additions go a long way into bringing the experience to the next level.

Rather than doing stuff on your actual pc, you can do stuff on a 'virtual machine', this is also where collection aspects and the side stories can be found.

I'd argue the side stories are the main appeal for fans of the original and they hit hard. Characters are done very well, and it truly shows you the bond the 4 main girls have with eachother. The game is also filled with easter eggs, rewarding exploring and multiple playthroughs. (You'll need to do a couple for the 100%, but not to worry, the skip function makes it relatively easy.) I'd personally recommend doing your first run entirely without the skip button and then doing any other runs outside of the new content you recieve with the button. Great experience, and a definite recommendation for me.

Just.. Not really great. I read a review stating that it was essentially a reskinned Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3 and I expected some similarities given similiar teams. I did NOT expect it to be almost 1 to 1. It shares a lot of similarities yet feels worse, has less characters and less polish. I understand Dreamworks not having the budget to match Nickelodeon but the game just feels.. Not done. Most of your playtime will be spent grinding for the upgrade parts that by the time you have them all you don't even want to play anymore. A pity given my love for the company. The lack of characters stings the worst. No Penguins feel the most notable given the pressence of them throughout previous parts. Get this either on a heavy sale or just skip out on it.

First of all! Whilst part of the games profits do go to various animal charities, I will not include this in the review. I'm just mentioning it here because otherwise it might not seem honest.
The Purring Quest is a very very basic platformer, with a very specific demographic: Cat lovers. The game presents you with either the high jump or the double jump, but if you do not pick the double jump the game can be very clunky. I personally enjoy the art, yet it is somewhat basic looking. The hardest part of the game was the piano section by far and was the only part of the game where I had to take multiple tries to do it. If I take the charity aspect out of the game? I wouldn't pay more than 5 euro for it, but it's not a horrible experience in the slightest.

Not sure if I can call this a game at all honestly. A minigame compilation with a lot of visual bugs, most notably? Animations not functioning. None of the games are really fun at all, it's just plain boring, which I think is the worst a game can be. It tries to spice it up with the 'campaign' but it's basically three small hubs where you hunt for the spot to play the minigame at. Just don't, it's not worth it at any price and I wouldn't play it again even if I were to get my money back.

I had this game on PS4 when it first released. I completed it on Steam after the final updates. I'm aware of the massive improvements this game made through updates, a few more characters, actual voices, and in general improvements. Yet those changes came too late. Alongside that the price is way too high, this is not a 50 euro experience to me. My biggest issues are the graphics, for me they are way too bright, causing genuine discomfort to my eyes even though the models for the most part are well done. The second biggest issue is that nobody really knows who this game is for, it's too specific and has a too high difficulty spike when you go online to be just for Nick fans, yet at the same time it didn't fully embrace competetive play as a whole. Easy achievement hunt if you have a buddy to boost the online matches with. But overall, just skip this one, get the sequel, that one improves on every complaint I have and is a much more premium experience, this? This just isn't a game worth the price unless you can get it for like 5 euro nowadays.
