The only reason this game exists is Stadia money, and it has just as much effort put into it as Stadia did.

Its better than I would have expected :)

And it already feels better than Vermintide

This particular DLC is absolute garbage if I can be as honest as you deserve...

All 4 factions are basically the useless variant of their Chaos overlords, with different starting locations.

All of them have little to nothing to do, besides fighting and making vassals. And that is fine for about 20 turns or so, after which it just gets as boring as TW can be.

There is 1 additional mechanic that you kind of interact with to get some buffs, but other than that there is -nothing- to do. It would have been much much better if they just allowed them to do the standard Chaos stuff (which in itself is also boring as ♥♥♥♥), but if you expect something like wulfhart empire interactions or Ikkits workshop, you will be simply disappointed.

If you are a completionist/collector, get this one last. And even then, do not pay more than 5e for it while its on sale.

This is just Immortal empires "get something out" DLC, nothing else.

Imagine buying a game, it being new, unique and amazing + and then getting years of support and content for it.

This is a truly remarkable game, with such a level of detail and care put into it that it will blow you away in the first 15 mins of playing.

Systems are well designed, it has good replayability even in the current EA state of not everything being there, and overall it looks and feels really good. The level of creativity you can reach is not something often seen within this genre.

However negative review is there because its truly horribly unoptimized. My PC can handle TW3 or Cyberpunk on ultra without breaking a sweat, yet here I can barely go 3 mins without a small freeze or an frps drop or just a flat out complete screen lockout with a black overlay. When this is fixed, I will switch this into a positive.

Treat this like you did Grim Dawn and we will have another winner on our hands.

Im having a lot of fun with the tank designer tool. It's friendly, easy to use, and has somewhat realistic limitations to challenge your designs.

But there is no game. Scenarios are bottom of the barrel least amount of effort invested, and there is literally nothing to do but make tanks and then .... make more tanks, to post screenshots on the community screen.

You have a game live for 5+ years and forcing this kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on us. Pathetic.

It's a really fun game that is well made and polished!

However, after around 28 hours, I've ran out of things to do besides just doing everything all over again. The game systems are fun, but they have not been designed well. Stacking up on food and water makes you basically immune to any wrong doing, and deep digging for everlasting water removes any fear of droughts either.

Its really fun to build vertically and scale, however there isn't much in the terms of progress once you just unlock the last building and put it down. Resources stack up, and it turns into simple creative mode, which gets boring really fast because there is nothing to aim for.

This game badly needs a slow-paced tech tree, some type of achievements system and a good look at dependent systems in order to be more fun and engaging.

Got it on a sale - had fun, but there is nothing to do past hour 30.

This game has the most beautiful system loops designed in a game.

If it dies 10 days after launch due to lack of players Im turning it back into a negative :D

While you are not alone on the server, it's truly a pleasure to play.

TLDR:

Pros :
- Fluid movement
- Fun for the fist hour
- Looks nice

Cons :
- Its garbage and an extremely shallow experience
- Its full of cheaters


This game is nothing as it's advertised. There is no fast-paced skilled combat, there is only fortnite style jumping around as you swing the katana all over the place. The level design is absolutely terrible, bringing the whole city to only 2 types of elevation - Streets or Rooftoops. 98% of buildings are just painted on, you can't enter anywhere or really scavenge for gear, you run around for about 20 sec, get some gear and spray that in the direction of the first vampire that appears near you.

The cosmetics are just dreadful. Unless your high end achieving goal is to pay money so you can unlock a new earring, you are in the wrong place. Everything looks like it was done by some 15 year old teenager, and it tries to pander towards that same audience.

No actual shooting mechanics, just point and click until something dies, with every weapon acting absolutely the same just reducing or increasing the amount of bullet spread. And all in all there is like 8 different ones - that's it. Again, if this no skill 360 spin type of garbage is your cup of tea, then have at it. But to a non-teenager like myself, it seems that almost every other game of this genre is just better.

And the game just feels like it's beta state of some other game that also had single player to it. All you get is the lobby and the map to play - that's it. The map is medium-small and consists of just streets with some randomness to it.

Id say give this a few months and see if it's dead by then (I'm guessing yeah.)
