ArcheAge is a MMO with a lot of potential. It offers a world where other players affect your game experience. It lets gives players the opportunity to help and hinder each other as much as they want. The best aspect of this game is the way it encourages players to form groups in order to complete more difficult tasks and affect other groups of plays. From making guild that are designed to keep you safe from other plays, to making guilds designed to take your profit form other guilds.
ArcheAge can offer some great experiences to they players but has high costs. Since a lot of the experience focuses around the interaction between players, it makes characters strength become a mayor factor in the enjoyment. If the player does not feel that they have a fighting chance and can not affect the outcome of interactions, they will not get they enjoyment that the game offers. In for the player to have sufficient character strength to affect player interaction, they will need to spend a considerable amount of money or time on the game. The amount of time required to play without paying money is about that of a full time job. The amount of money needed to feel have sufficient character strength can vary since, the players uses real money to acquire in-game money. This is done by using real money to buy subscription and selling it ingame to other players.
ArcheAge is an expensive game in terms of time or money.
I could only recommend the game to you, if you are without a job or willing to spend a lot of money.
