While the gameplay does feel a little dated, the story was absolutely fantastic and had me on edge from start to finish. The game was short, but sweet, and didn't feel like it dragged on for too long. Excited to see what the second one has in store next!

Probably the best souls-lite I've ever played (so far). The sound design is fantastic, the visuals are stunning, and the combat feels challenging yet rewarding. I can't wait to see what the rest of the game delivers!

Spent 20 hours meticulously building my character, made one questionable decision, got one tapped by an archer crit, buried him in the snow with his tombstone saying "This Companion feels they've been betrayed", STILL haven't recovered from his death. Also ate my entire weekend. Great game if you want a medieval style XCOM experience - I love it.

I FINALLY beat Isshin, and can now move on with my life without "skill issue" living rent free in my head. Probably the hardest soulsborne game I've played, but very worth playing!

When the outro song started I was genuinely left speechless, contemplating every single decision I made. Did I make the right choices? What happens now? I spent nearly 10 minutes just staring at my screen and processing what just happened - In my opinion, that's exactly what a good storyline and DLC should hope to achieve. Highly recommend.

Fantastic DLC! It featured a few open areas that didn't feel like they rewarded exploration as much as the base game, but the new weapons, bosses and incantations are all amazing. The new areas are also visually stunning.
