Probably one of the best basebuilding, colony sims games out there. It's very easy to mod, and very mod friendly. You can almost do anything in this game that you do so desire. Honestly you should pick this game up, especially if it's on sale.

It's poorly optimised, very buggy and glitchy.
If you're strapped on cash and unsure if you want to get this game then wait. Give it at least 1-2 months before you even decide to play this game.

Currently a lot of people, me included are suffering from a very laggy experience. This can of course be eased by decreasing the Cascaded Shadow Resolution.
If you're running a PC with anything, but high-end gear then please reconsider for now, wait for more optimized experience, because currently with the lag and stutters it really makes it painful to drive in the city and enjoy the scenery.

The bugs and glitches from my experience are:
T-posing npcs/Npcs failing to execute an animation, Npcs walking through doors, conversations that stops mid-way requiring you to move away and reset it, certain missions failing to execute properly (A mission for me worked fine, but a friend told me he had to reload 4 times before it worked for him), the Cops/Police spawn randomly ontop of you and kill you, your car hitting an item on the ground and suddenly deciding to fly to the moon.

The current story makes little sense to anyone who does not know the world of Cyberpunk or/and has never read/played Cyberpunk 2013 and Cyberpunk 2020.

All in all, it's a decent game, but currently needs a lot of patches. Once some/most of the issues are patches (specially optimized the game) then I'll gladly recommend the game.

It was pretty fun.

The base vanilla game is horrible and atrocious. It's filled with bugs and glitches that can effectively ruin your run. The game is only playable with mods, this game is a mod heaven, you can mod almost anything into this game, due to the script extender and the tools given to us by Bathesda.
Most of the games bugs are fixed with unofficial game updates or other mods that enables deleted scenes or characters to make the game more lively.

It's a no from me.

TL;DR version:

Do not buy, the game feels and might even be rushed:
- Having to install apps on phone that don't even work to get full content of the game.
- Story is plain boring, characters we meet are two dimensional. They make no real effort to convince you on their own case. The ending of previous Deus Ex had you make hard choices. At the end of the game you even had the npc's change their dialogue so you can't just memorize your way through it.
- FPS can change during the game, if you have a monitor that have a problem with FPS just changing between some scenes then be careful.
- Graphics were alright, maybe some NVidia problems for some. I had FPS problems and some clothes problems.
- AI was designed by an intern or someone’s kid. They are blind and lazy. Also the AI will not respawn from what I saw. Killing a guard somewhere secluded means that place will remain secluded when you reload.
- The map(s) are just plain boring. Do you remember Detroit? Well they pretty much made something similar and called it Prague. Do you remember when you went to China? Well they took China and colored it more brown, made is smaller and called it Golem City.
- Who ever worked on Sound and/or music knew how to make feel like the previous game, it's perfect.
- The game is short, 20 hours w/ DLC and having the game while being AFK for hours.

I would have to rate this a negative. Don't get me wrong; It's a pretty sweet race, with really nice and interesting features and ideas. Where the problem lies is the new campaign; the campaign lacks in anything interesting, not only is it very very small, but it's not well thought out. I managed to kill Boris Todbringer who was my main objective in 80 turns by pure random and accident. I did not even notice that he had ventured all the way from the notheren parts of the map to south and had decided to only bring 8 units with him - which led to him dying to an auto resolve which was really anti-climatic.

Pros:
+New race
+Just like a horde race, but with neat features that allows aggrassive and stealthy playthrough
+Good Campaign events - Moon shifts and chaos deeds

Cons:
- Weak AI, even at Very hard. The AI doesn't even seem to try to beat you, they will all run away from you when you come near them which makes razing very easy.
- Very easy campaign, not well thoughtout, and makes it super easy for the beastmen to just run up and take the objectives.
- Not a complete roster.
- Lacks in interesting story, you're told to kill someone out of vengeance and that's it.

Buy this at a discount price, I would not recommend the full price for it, unless you are just a Warhammer fan or just have the money to throw away.

This game is so unexpected and so fun to try out. I would recommend you try it, it's not long.

People have been begging and pleading for a DLC for weeks now, and CA finally delivered and it wasn't a big surprise when it turned out to be a blood DLC like the previous CA games. But you know, whining always gets you more points when you act like Adam Jensen.

I had to shoot down my Imperial friends, it felt really bad.

You got space, a visual novel, a loli, a tsundere, a dandere, a cute girl who shouts "uguu", childhood friend, a princess who shouts "Imma firing my lazers", a pretty cool main character and best of all it's a turned based strategy game in space with mechs! What else do you want from a game!
I have not had such a fun experience in such a long time, the characters are sweet and some of them are outright hilarious! I would totally recommend this game!
I just wish it was longer, cannot wait for the continuation
