So far so good. What you read in the current EA description is what you get. The AI vehicle and pedestrian density are great, yes they need some work, like does current performance and graphics. A warning is displayed when you boot up the game telling you to expect performance issues and plenty of bugs. I'm coming up to 2 hours and there's not as many bugs as I thought there would be. AI cars relatively better than Fernbus but you still have to be weary driving alongside them sometimes and keep an eye out for those junctions! I initially had problems with my G29 steering wheel but a restart of the PC sorted that out. If you can run Fernbus, you should be able to run this too.

Wasn't expecting it to be finished or be perfect but this is really disappointing. Driving physics are the usual garbage, there's no functional save system like the old version because everytime you try to continue game from a save you just get an error. The AI are clueless on what they're doing sometimes which can leave you stuck. Having to start the game everytime doing a morning briefing and vehicle checks, which again the AI ends up getting in the way of each other meaning you have to take control of some of them, is annoying. The task list gets glitched out sometimes so you end up having to just guess what to do. There's no confirmation when you've finished a job or when one starts apart from the arrows appearing and the alarm going. What happens when the fire is out? pack up and just go home? No steam achievements? No stats whatsoever? No control room function deciding who gets dispatched or to force a call? Don't buy this till either, more bugs are fixed or until it's on sale at 80% of the original price.

Great simulator. Nice to know there's still more to come. Hotfixes for issues have come in quite quick. Driving physics aren't ideal but this is "Firefighting simulator" and the simulation of fire spread and tackling it is really good. Limited missions(for now) but many can be random with different fire spreads and number/positioning of casualties can be different too. Not sure why some missions require a gigantic firetruck (walk-in command) where you travel over 7,000km to tackle a small pallet fire with fire extinguishers but it's different I guess. Multiplayer for me has worked well so far. Enjoyed plenty of missions with random people, who for the most part know what they're doing. Rule 1 - close the door! Would I recommend this, yes. Would I recommend this at full price? Not too sure. There are hours of fun to be had but the limitation of missions at the moment means you could be done with this and not touch it again once you've finished all the missions, even with most being random when replayed. If you're not sure at least keep this on your watchlist, follow, keep up to date or wait till a sale comes.

Initially I had issues trying to start the game but having since verfied the integrity of the game files I've been able to play. I'm pleased with the improvements! If you're looking to purchase you have to bare in mind it is still Early Access! But you can have plenty of fun.
