Love without boundaries gets used.
Boundaries without love become cruelty.
Balance both.

When triggered, pause. Ask:

What do I truly want here?

What truth must be voiced?

What tool fits—silence, softness, sharpness, or space?

Love isn’t about being right.
It’s about being true.
Sometimes that means staying.
Sometimes, leaving.
Never performing.

MAKE PEACE WITH YOUR WEAPON
You carry one:
Your mind. Your voice. Your presence.

Choose:

When to show it.

Who has earned the sight of it.

Whether to strike—or simply let them know you could.

Then walk away if you can.
That’s not weakness.
That’s self-mastery.

If it steals your peace, shames you, or wounds your inner child—
It’s not strength.
It’s self-betrayal.

Real power feels calm.
Like a sword returning to its sheath.
Like fire choosing stillness.

Pause. Breathe. Ask:

Is this mine to hold?
  → If not: drop it.
  → If yes: clean it. learn. carry it as wisdom.

WHEN THE WORLD REACTS:

“I see you’re hurt. That doesn’t mean I was wrong.”

“That’s not about me. That’s your unhealed wound.”

“I’ve survived worse. I’m safe.”

“It’s not for them to get.”

Protect the child inside.
“I do not betray myself—
Not for comfort. Not for approval. Not for peace that costs my soul.”

BEFORE EVERY CHOICE:

Is this true to who I am?

Would my younger self be proud?

Would my healed self still choose this?

Perfection isn’t the goal.
Alignment is.
