I have played this game for 1089 and i love this game.
i learned medical terms and diagnose from Neurotrauma and applyed to Paramedic shool (not joke)
game is pretty chaotic sometimes but mostly **without mods** calm
only negative side is that barotraumas servers are pretty bad like my friend had to connect 20+ times to get in game while i watched whole unknown soldier (3h)

2000/10 i would recomend
(you will get rly angry sometimes)
