i wish i didnt suck ass at this game

hello i wanted to make this review because i like this game a lot but understand why it got the backlash it got. The biggest mistake red hook made is doubling down on the roguelike aspect of the game, I personally like it, but darkest dungeon's main fanbase didnt really play it for that. And so that is why i think a lot people felt this game was such a let down. If you aren't big on rogelites , i cant recommend you this game especially for fans of the first one. I think this game is great but you need to swallow the initial pill that this isnt the same game, it still kept the core turn per turn gameplay but everything else has been drastically changed. I promise that if you are able to go beyond this drastic turn and try it for what it is and not really as a sequel to the first, this game has a lot to offer and a lot to like.
