Normally, I don’t post reviews, but Metal Gear Solid 3 has been my #1 favorite game and dear to my heart since 2008, when I first played it as a kid on my mom’s PS2.

Metal Gear Solid 3 Delta is great—not because of Konami, but because Kojima’s masterpiece can’t fail. When a game already has legendary status, all you need to do is bring it forward. It looks great, feels great, and even speedruns are fun now since you can’t cheese bosses like The End or The Fear anymore.

That said, the $80 price tag? No thanks. Grab it on sale—the pricing is greedy. But if you’ve never played any Metal Gear game, or specifically MGS3, you absolutely should. It’s an amazing experience—just save your wallet.
