I do not understand how this game has such positive reviews. It is entirely lack luster, there is nothing memorable or fun. The combat is easy even on the hardest setting and has zero flavor. All you do is just spam abilities constantly and everything dies. It is very fun for the first few hours, but becomes a bad Dragon Age/ Mass Effect clone. I really wanted to like this game. But sadly, I put 34 hours in and dropped it and never turned back. I hope this game has a sequel that improves on all of the base game mechanics. This game is very promising and I hope to have the courage to beat it some day. But as it stands, this game is very bland after 10 hours. Zero difficulty at all even on the highest setting which is upsetting.

If you like this game. I highly recommend a lesser known game. Outward is a little rougher than Dark Souls. But it has some pretty amazing features and concepts. Just get it on sale!
