Quite enjoyable open-world game. Really captures the scavaging side of the zombie survival genre. but It is still very rough and janky.

However. I simply cannot recommend this game due to the highly questionable practice of the devs.
This is a core example of the toxic use of the "Early Access" label. Having been released in "EA" waaaay back in dec. 2013, you are looking at a game that has been sitting in Early Access in close to 9(!!!) years. Moreover - as I write this - the game has recently been updated to Alpha 20.6... Yeah, its not even out of Alpha yet.
Honestly, there is simply no excuse for this game being at a such early stage for so long - especially since the store page happily brags about their 14 million sold units.. they ought to have the ressources now to more rapidly process the state of the game.
Buuuut I dont think this game will ever see a full release.

Dont support this practice - dont buy this game
