You can't upgrade the silverballers / duel wield 4. Have a sniper briefcase 5. Can't throw guns 6. Can't take a human shield 7. People still see through closed doors and walls 8. No cool fiber wire animations like in blood money 9. Lack of enemy pistol variations 10. Snipers alert everyone to your exact location even when silenced
