I don't understand how these people managed to make a bad game, then make a sequel that fixed all the problems with the first game and that was incredibly good, and then make a steaming pile of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this bad. it's like they learnt nothing, I don't get it

Unless you get all or most of the DLCs in a bundle for cheap like I did, the game is trash, and even with that additional content it's so dated that it barely works.
The actual game is pretty fun if you like strategy games however. It's the first strategy game I've played where I've felt that diplomacy actually mattered.

Atmosphere is good, everything else is boring. I was basically just hoping it would end so I could delete it from my library.

I really wanted to like this game, but nope.

I often enjoy story-driven games, and I thought this'd be a great game for that reason.
The problem is, it won't even open. To play it I need to uninstall and reinstall it, and if I turn my PC off for whatever reason I need to do that again. It's just too much of a hassle.

If the gameplay were even good, it'd maybe be worth it, but it's bad. The combat is unintuitive and wonky, and frankly I don't know who thought it'd be a good idea to make it like that. Also, why the hell does Geralt wave his sword two-handed above his head when he's running? It looks retarded lmfao. The visuals are awful, but I guess that's to be expected.

Would not recommend unless on sale for <2€, and even then. Maybe if you want the story. I didn't get very far into it for the aforementioned problems, so I can't speak for that.
