meh, if you're gonna play this do yourself a favor and use resistance mod. like most ubisoft games, the game-play is alright but a frustrating mission structure and reuse of 10 year old ideas wears on you quickly.

Truly a love letter to Half-Life and the source engine. One of if not the best HL2 mod ever. If you're a half-life oldhead this transports you right back 10+ years ago, playing hl/hl2/portal for the first time with stars in your eyes.

The level design is honestly incredible, pushing the source engine right up to the edge in both visuals and layout. Never once did I get lost, or feel unrewarded from exploring a location.

The dialog/VA can be a little amateurish but is overall very engaging and in some of the later levels had me a bit emotional.

The way Entropy Zero: 2 incorporates Epistle: 3 and "The Project" as well as the black mesa/aperture lore feels respectful and well thought out enough to be cannon.

If you still spend hours reading into HL lore like me, or you're just a casual valve enjoyer, Entropy Zero: 2 is an absolute must play, you'd be doing a disservice to yourself otherwise.
