Removing Time trial maps and making the single player content that has been advertised since the pre-release as being part of the game a separate purchase.

Spent Multiple years being a beta tester (that's why I have so many hours), Don't play this game, if you look around the games past you will find that a lot of the games original team, community managers, and testers don't have any association with this game anymore (and a number actually have their own negative reviews on here too!) and its for a good reason. It spent most of its development time foundering and many of the games current assets are very old at this point. I see a lot of comments saying that they will "Come back later to see if its improved" but don't bother bookmarking this game, it barely improve after years of closed testing and now with even fewer remnants of any team surrounding it it wont improve in the future.

They are actively working against the modding community by disabling family share preventing people from playing the game on alt accounts to avoid having their primary account banned for using mods that add more content to the game (like "Champion's Ashes" which adds a lot of cut items and bloodborn content to the game for PVP or "Cinders" which overhauls and rebalances the game. They might try to pass this off as something done to stop cheaters but they have been able to get other players banned without the anti-cheat tagging them for a long time. The choice of making this change right after a sale really makes it obvious that their trying to force players to pay full price if they want to use mods without banning their main account.

and to rub salt into the wound, if a hacker adds illegal items to your character and gets it banned, it is permanently blacklisted from the servers, not even rolling it back will do anything.

Great from start to finish, ending is incredible.

Easily on my best best games of all time list, with great art direction, music, and skill based combat to separate it from the all so often enemy spam and perma-death gameplay that place stat boosts above your personal achievements. Hollow knight has well thought out enemy placements and enemy combinations that allow you to learn the game in preparation for the exciting bosses bosses, each paired with their own unique attack style and great music.
