-rep After a good game in cs, i added him because he seemed like a cool guy. We got chatting, over the next couple of months we became good friends. Lots of banter, lots of great cs and most importantly true friendship.
I invited him to my house for a csgo lan party. He said he was coming so i was looking forward to meeting him in real life.
When he arrived at my house, he pushed me against the wall and started nibbling my ear, i felt his hard ♥♥♥♥ push against my leg. I punched him and then 1 tapped him. Turns out he was gay. Don't trust this guy.

Για να ενεργοποιήσουμε τη μαγιά, τη διαλύουμε σε μπολ, πασπαλίζουμε με λίγη ζάχαρη και ρίχνουμε λίγο νερό. Ανακατεύουμε να διαλυθεί. Σκεπάζουμε με μεμβράνη και αφήνουμε για 10 λεπτά να ενεργοποιηθεί. Όταν αφρίσει η επιφάνεια είναι έτοιμη και την προσθέτουμε στο αλεύρι.

Το Υπόλοιπο:
Κόβουμε τους λουκουμάδες με το χέρι. Βουτάμε την αριστερή παλάμη στο μείγμα και πιέζουμε προς τα πάνω. Το λουκουμά που βγαίνει απ’ τον αντίχειρα τον κόβουμε με κουτάλι και τον ρίχνουμε στο καυτό ελαιόλαδο ή πιο απλά ρίχνουμε κουταλιά κουταλιά από το μείγμα στο λάδι. Τηγανίζουμε για λίγα λεπτά μέχρι να ροδίσουν οι λουκουμάδες. Τους στραγγίζουμε σε απορροφητικό χαρτί. Τους βάζουμε σε πιατέλα και περιχύνουμε με θυμαρίσιο μέλι, κανέλα και καβουρντισμένο σουσάμι.

Η Εκτέλεση:
Βάζουμε σε μεγάλο μπολ το αλεύρι, τη μαγιά, το μέλι και προσθέτουμε σιγά σιγά νερό μέχρι να γίνει ο παχύς χυλός για τους λουκουμάδες. Τέλος προσθέτουμε το αλάτι.

Σκεπάζουμε το μπολ και το αφήνουμε κοντά σε ζεστό χώρο (καλοριφέρ ή δίπλα στην κουζίνα) για 30 λεπτά, μέχρι το μείγμα να αρχίσει να ανεβαίνει στα τοιχώματα του μπολ.

Σε μια κατσαρόλα βαθιά ζεσταίνουμε ελαιόλαδο.

Μην ξεχνάτε, κάθε φορά που κόβουμε τους λουκουμάδες, βουτάμε το κουτάλι σε νερό για να ξεκολλάνε εύκολα και να πέφτουν στο ελαιόλαδο.

Υλικά για λουκουμάδες:
500 γραμ. αλεύρι που φουσκώνει μόνο του
25 γραμ. νωπή μαγιά ( ή 1 φακελάκι ξερή)
1 κ.σ. μέλι θυμαρίσιο
1 κ.γλ. (κοφτό) αλάτι
περίπου 2 φλ. χλιαρό νερό
ελαιόλαδο για το τηγάνισμα
θυμαρίσιο μέλι
κανέλα
και καβουρντισμένο σουσάμι για το γαρνίρισμα
