Instead of being a sweaty ass gamer gaming all day and forgetting what grass tastes like, maybe you should get off your lazy rump and start lifting weights. Instead of spamming combos consider starting Five by Five. 5x5 is a beginner program for strength and muscle. You train three times a week, alternating Workout A (Squat, Bench Press, Barbell Row) and Workout B (Squat, Overhead Press, Deadlift). Do 5 sets of 5 reps for each exercise (1x5 for Deadlifts). Start with light weights and add 2.5 kilos or 5 pounds per workout. Alternate workouts each session (so, Week 1 A/B/A Week 2 B/A/B) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Don't forget to lose weight or gain weight if needed. Once the gains stop move onto an intermediate program.
