From a set of data, tancinieks is able to establish a principle, or work out a rule, or suggest a reason for failure or success. Their analysis is usually accurate but not original. tancinieks willingly joins groups, but tends to remain anonymous. Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. Not necessarily a powerful build, but someone who is capable of taking on heavy, physically demanding jobs.
