Do you regret buying House Flipper?

Ozo - as you can see your Ark Mod still has huge following and is viewed by many as one of the best (if not the best) Ark bulding mod.
Therefore, if you have no plans to do anything with the mod in the future, I would, like to politely ask (and I'm sure I speak for many in the community), would you consider passing the mod to someone to continue it's development, or making it open source.

Your work is among the best, truly a work of art and surely a labor of love. It shouldn't be forgotten, or eventually made obsolete by continual updates to ARK engine. This way it would ensure that it remains at the top of Ark Mod choice for building and continually evolves together with the game.
