Early Access Review
I first found this game during Steam NextFest earlier this year, and loved the demo enough to buy it on day one. If you're looking for something similar to StarFox with a mix of Rogue Like I highly recommend it. Each ride is 10 waves long (about half an hour if you're successful). It performs amazingly on the biggest TV to the palm of your hands on Steam Deck.

I'll provide a more polished review once this is out of Early Access, but so far I've enjoyed each flight!

Pros:

Optional Co-op Play
Steam Deck/Linux Friendly
High Refresh Rate
Intriguing Level Design
Versatile Selection of Weaponry
Unlike Temple of Osiris it actually remembers my progress!

Cons:

If you're playing with someone in a smaller resolution, you might experience strange level boundary issues. Sometimes we pulled each other in co-op depending on the area.

Too short!

This was a fun spinoff to play. 9/10

This has been my go to for recording and/or streaming for the last several years. OBS offers features for those who are new as well as those who aren't afraid of tweaking their recording settings. It works on multiple platforms, and allows you to record your mic audio on a separate audio channel for editing later on.

It's Free, Open Source and versatile. Another fine piece of software to have in my ever growing Open Source Production Kit!

11/10

Pros:

Excellent Music
Play At Any Refresh Rate
Useful Crafting System: Collect different powerups and add them to your weapons.
Shiny Graphics
More Blades and Guns Compared to the Original(s)
If Playing on Steam Deck it will keep your hands very, very warm.
Verified for Steam Deck, but you'll want to tinker with the game settings.
Multiple Quests and Side Quests
Plenty of Reading Material
Humorous Dialogue (C'mon, you're Lo Wang ffs)
Photo Mode, be a deadly assassin AND photographer!

Cons: NVidia Blackbox ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (not bad on modern GPU's, though).

If you played the previous game you'll find that it has gone through quite a metamorphosis into a hybrid of DOOM and Borderlands. Even at 4K it looks stellar, it's easy to lose yourself in the scenery.

9 Melons Out Of 10.

Pros:

Break Hearts at 200 mph
Steam Deck/Linux Friendly
Excellent Soundtrack, in fact the game is basically an interactive arcade album
Supports High Refresh Rates
Amazing Level Design, each level becomes more different than the last
Narrated By Queen Latifah!

Cons:

Short, but it has replay value if you want to Gold Rank each level. Plus it gives you an excuse to vibe and play at the same time to some awesome tunes. Even if I didn't get it as a gift I'd still buy it, even at regular price it's around the cost of an album.

9.5/10 will play again.

Shantae: Half Genie Hero is a fun Metroidvania where you play as Shantae, a half human half genie! As you play you unlock shape shifting abilities that give you access to secret areas, making it worth going back and finding what you couldn't get to before. The game starts off slow enough, but as you progress it becomes more and more of a challenge. If you like Metroidvania games I highly recommend it!

Also if you're playing on Steam Deck/Linux: It runs perfectly via Proton.

This game was given to me as a gift by a good friend! Cloudpunk takes place in a dystopian cyberpunk world made entirely out of voxels. You play as a delivery driver for the company Cloudpunk. It's quite simple: Make your deliveries, and don't ask questions.

Cloudpunk has a beautiful city-scape with tons of areas to explore, even after finishing the game. There are also a lot of interesting characters you meet along the way, and well written dialogue that is surprisingly relatable. You also have chances to make your own decisions during your travels, giving it replay value. My only complaint is with some of the voice acting, and that's only for a couple of the NPC's you meet during your quests. For the most part it's actually well done.

I've played this all in between my Steam Deck, Desktop and TV, and it looks stunning on all of them. It also remembers your screen resolution on each device! I can play it on a handheld without it changing the resolution on my other systems.

I give it a 4.5 out of 3.

Pros:

You're a Wolf... AWESOME
You're a God... that's cool too
Beautiful Music and Visuals
Amazing Storytelling
Hours of Exploration
Unique Gameplay: Slowly save the world with The Joy of Painting!
4K Support
Linux and Steam Deck Friendly

Cons:

30FPS limit

All in all I thoroughly enjoyed playing Okami, and look forward to playing it again on NG+! Easily one of the best games of all time. Now give us Okamiden!

Pros:

You get to be a cat, yay!
Linux/Steam Deck Friendly
Moddable, from appearance to additional features; such as photo mode for example.
You get to explore a dystopian world as a cat, yay!

My only complaint would be how short the game is. Stray could have benefited from a level editor, give us more cat areas to explore! Still, I was happy to support an indie title. Plus as an added bonus; when playing on Steam Deck it doubles as a hand warmer. :D

I give it a 9/10
