Susan's tragic misadventures that work as the focus of the game are complemented by our choices as the player. We are constantly making choices that can define Susan's story as a paranormal tragedy or a supernatural healing process. This is one of the best takes on mental illnesses that I've ever seen in a videogame, makig the game feel realistic despite it's fantasy themes. Hands down one of the best videogames I've ever played (and re-played, took me a bit to have the best ending) and Susan being asuch a memorable videogame character
