This game is awesome, hands down one of the best purchases I've ever made. Here are some key points of interest that you might want to know.

<> Base building is a big highlight here basically limitless possibilities, but the building system could use some work, mainly a snapping feature. And placing things on walls can be annoying to get them lined up straight.

<> Difficulty, at least for me, feels just right on default settings, the game has several points where you will see the difficulty spike, but it doesn't do this so much that it ever feels like it overwhelms you.

<> Atmosphere, this game absolutely shines, when the game is trying to be scary it is scary, when it is trying to be tense it is tense. The monster designs are so good, and if you take this part seriously and end up playing with friends utilize the in-game voice chat system TRUST me it makes your first time experience better.

This game was awesome in the open beta, now its poopie dookie dooodoo dingleberry gaga. Please for the love of god if you haven't already spent money on the premium currency during the beta do not spend money on this shart of a game now.

Cozy, short, n sweet platformer. Loved the cheeky comedy present in the game as well.

I LOVE BEING WET AND COLD!!!!!

This is the best 3.99$ I have ever spent on a game in a very long time. I absolutely loved every moment of the game itself and will continue to speedrun the levels for many many more hours to come.

The game is very casual friendly with difficulty only getting marginally harder as you progress, that being said there are still a lot of cool tech and skips n stuff you can do to really get the time down on a lot of the levels. Some of the levels even feel like they never had an intended way to complete them.

All n all, this game is worth waaaaaaay more than what it is priced at in my opinion.

This game is a literal masterpiece, expect a bare minimum of 100+ hours of enjoyment on just the base game alone!

And when you've done everything and its starting to get boring, grab the DLC to spice things up! And if that isn't enough there are endless expansions and amazing user generated content in the form of mods! The modding community for this game is pretty damn spectacular.

I think this game has improved a lot since my original review, while the game isn't perfect it is also free and still fun to play. The community isn't the friendliest but I'd still recommend playing and ignoring the rotten eggs you meet along the way.

With that being said this game has performance issues, and they vary widely from user to user. I don't know exactly what causes them and I don't really care to speculate, but I have a decent machine and so do my friends, and this game will feel fine some days and others it is practically unplayable. And from what I can tell this is a platform independent problem ( I can't speak for mac ), these issues seem to appear on both Linux and Windows respectively.

If you are one of the poor unfortunate souls experiencing these issues, you can expect things from super laggy and delayed menus, huge random frame drops, and sometimes really bad input lag. As for solutions I don't know any personally, I usually just try relaunching.

This game really makes you feel like a bruh moment, I'd go even as far to say it is bruh moment incarnated as a video game.
