You need to manually move the conveyor belt to bring the items in view - maybe that's what you're missing? Then click and drag the items to boop them with the scanner, and drop into the basket. Don't forget to clean the conveyor belt frequently :cleanseal:

How do you scan items at the checkout? I am completely stuck and there are no hints. Nothing I click will respond.
