Is it in Open Beta, Yes. Are they still working on porting God's over from Smite 1 while creating new God's for smite 2, Yes. Does the game break sometimes? Yes. Smite 2 is slowly coming into its own light, but don't get hung up on the things that are not here from Smite 1, just make the most of it while you can.
