Dave the Diver is a game that reminds us why we like games. It has lots of different things to do, lots of different ways to play, and lots of different places to go. The graphics are colorful and have personality. The characters are unique and well-designed. The story is interesting and the humor is hilarious. And at the bottom line, the game is RIDICULOUSLY FUN TO PLAY.

This is the best Castlevania game since Dawn of Sorrow. It scratches almost all of the right itches. if you're ooking for that -vania feel, with ability-gated exploration and skill gathering, get this game. It's not perfect--there are some rough spots and misbalances--but over all this is totally worth the price of admission.
