GOTY definitely! This game is bigger and better than Divinity Original Sin 2 (which was such a good game).

Breakthrough is fun but the game is very empty when it comes to customization of weapons, the amount of weapons and different maps. Sucks that they couldn't see why BC2 and BF3 rush or BF1 Operations was such a huge success.

After another 120h of gameplay, the game is starting to become better for each patch. Game still lacks maps for breakthrough mode.

Criticism for the maps in Breakthrough mode (Because Conquest is boring, imo):
Hour Glass barely has any cover and they didn't swap around the sand hills to provide a bit of cover for the new objective areas. Objectives became worse in the latest iteration of it for breakthrough - starting from the stadium was real cool and great (the first objective near the stadium was really badly designed though). Insta skip whenever it's chosen.

Renewal is a bit better in the current iteration but lack of vehicles for the defenders makes it sucky, especially for the first and second sectors. It's an alright map, spawn points are pretty great in general (except the first sector for defenders, where you spawn on the hills and get spawn camped by tanks or helicopters????).

Current iteration of Discarded is worse than previous iteration. Fighting through the swamp and radio tower was real great, hills provided good cover, spawns was real good.
Current spawns and path to objectives are just open road and barely any good cover for infantry. Boring objective areas where you can get shot from way too many angles, distances and barely any cover. All the fighting happens at the objectives and nothing inbetween.

Manifest is just absolute trash now. No cover and no vehicles for the defending team, just pure garbage.

Kaleidoscope is one of the better maps right now, really good iteration - fair capture areas for attackers and defenders, good amount of vehicles for both teams, destructible environment provides good amount of cover + cover that's already placed out.

Orbital is also really good atm, similar to Kaleidoscope. Although last sector is very hard for the defenders due to the lack of cover and spawn points are badly placed and very few of them (one spawn point behind the tower and one closer to the defenders spawn).

Breakaway is alright, good amount of cover, fair capture areas for both attackers and defenders. Pretty balanced for both teams.

Exposure is 9/10, spawns could be a bit closer for the defenders instead of having to run 300 meters if the enemy is on the objective. Trying to spawn on B1 or B2 (In command room, or the tunnel) is literally the same as picking the US spawn.

Stranded is the best maps right now, really great CQC combat, fair spawns for both teams (except the last sector), good cover and access points for flanks. Last sector is the worst though for defenders, really bad spawn point for the RU, capture area is so tiny for the defenders (or too big for the attackers).

Spearhead is 10/10 map.

Weapons are pretty well balanced in general now, good amount of difference in weapon attachments. Avancys is a bit too broken compared to other LMGs. AKS-74U seems to have some wonky 2x sights, and grip. Noticed it shoots more straight and has less recoil without the foregrip, 2x sight feels like it shoots above where you aim, the space between the lines with the Kobra sight is way bigger than BF3.
No skins for vault weapons????

TLDR; Game is becoming better and better for each patch, I'd say it's worth playing but not for the current price at 45> euro.

Timeless game and fun to go back and play every now and then with friends.
But the lobbies are full of cheaters, none of them gets banned(stats that's not even humanly possible to get) which ruins the fun.

Getting shot perfectly 300 meters away when you are running, grenade stuck to your face, instant headshot, perfect reaction and movement.

Garbage game until they fix their cheating problem.

Edit: 400+ hours later and the game still consists of lots of cheaters that snap on your head, shoot without any recoil and bunch of other things

The story, weapons, atmosphere, monsters and how they made the open world sections are just so damn well done.

Having completed Metro Exodus on Ranger Hardcore I think it will definitely become one of the franchises that will never be forgotten. The game is just pure bliss, even with some bugs which one is used to from previous installments or from playing the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. They keep making a better game every time, the years between Last Light and Exodus was totally worth waiting for.

Great game!

Great game with lots of customization that really brings out the rpg element of it even when it's a card game.
Great combat and great amount of different enemies that you have to battle through each dungeon.
