GTAV is probably my favorite and most played game of all time and now is both the best and worst time to start playing. Ive been playing since it originally released on 360/ps3 and havent stopped since. The single player is by far the most in depth single player in GTA history. The ability to take control of 3 unique characters, the choices and pacing of the story, the absolute freedom to play as you please along with a plethora of activities to keep you busy for days makes SP a 10/10 for me.

Now online is a bit of a different story. Ive been through the highs and lows of GTA online and right now it has its positives and negatives.
The positives would definitley be the insane amount of things to do from street races, stunt races, heists, adversary modes, and those are only a few of the game modes youll find yourself playing. The multiplayer lobby is my favorite place to play though because there are always different things going on for you to get into.
Customization goes deep. Like really deep. From your character, your weapon choices, cars, apartments, the choices are nearly endless.

Now, the bad. At this point in time GTA Online feels like a pay to play game unless youve grinded countless hours into the game. To my own personal dissapointment i found i could no longer transfer my character to PC so i had to start from scratch which really hurt considering i had over 1000 hours put into the game previously. Starting new made me realize how much shark cards help you get to try new things out but they are so eroniously overpriced that you may as well hope to get to try out that sweet new car that just release because someone left it unlocked on the side of the street.

All in all ill probably keep playing online until R* stops updating and the servers go down forever. The games great, SP or MP. If its on sale pick it up, maybe get a shark card (honestly though anything less than 8 mill isnt really worth squat anymore) get some friends together and make some mayhem!
