This is the newest genre-defining, trope-subverting, atmospheric, dark and eerie, emotionally draining, gut wrenching, aesthetically heavy crafy by post-horror auteur with an arthouse edge, dread-inducing, character driven, bone-chilling, slowburn with "say more with less" approach, soul-shaking, blood-curdling, skin crawling, nerve-wracking, anxiety-permeating, nail-biting, jaw-clenching, paranoia-inducing, free of any cheap gore, videogame on the market.

Fantastic game

Workshop has a feminism section and an equality section. The best faction is all female.

Game is Halo, it works.

Everything else is buggy. Stats don't track, campaign level completions don't track, achievements don't track. There's a bug where you can't change your ID-tag so it's forever stuck as whatever you had it (or the default 117 in my case). Campaign Co-Op over anything that isn't LAN is unplayable due to poor netcode, no split-screen. Comes with terrible anti-cheat, which requires a windows update from October 2020. If you've not updated your windows in a long time, have fun scouring the web for the specific files.

All these bugs aren't some rare things that occur to 0.1% of people, they're common things that have existed since the Xbox release of MCC and that 343 knows about. They're either too lazy or too inept to fix it, either way, handing off the Halo license to them was a mistake.

Also it comes with Halo 4 and even though I tell Steam not to download, MCC still insists on wasting disk space.

Also the graphical update is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with memes and incorrect subtitles
