I’ve worked in several high-level roles across Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois, starting at 16 as a McDonald's crew member. By 17, I was a Shift Manager, and at 18, I became a General Manager in South Bend, earning $25 an hour. I kept pushing for more, eventually landing a District Manager role with a $72K salary and later a Regional Manager position, making $95K.

In 2019, I graduated early with a degree in Audio Engineering and aimed for a career in gaming. Though the pandemic slowed my plans, I ended up with Dolby Digital, where I worked my way from entry-level engineer to Lead Director. Now, I make $295K a year, with plans to reach $310K in five years.

Along the way, I’ve built strong teams, mentored others, and developed leadership skills that drive my career. While I don’t work hands-on anymore, I use my free time to feed my love for gaming, which has always been a big part of who I am.
