Honestly this isn't close to being RGG's best story but it's still pretty good, everything else is nearly perfect for an rpg

oh and watch out for ng+ being locked behind a 20USD dlc

It's pretty much the same game they released in 2006 just prettier and a few quality of life changes

DLC itself is pretty goated but oh my god it's such a buggy release

The gameplay itself is fine but the company behind it and it's monetization are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful

Instead of fixing years old security issues activision would rather take down third party clients that made the game playable without getting your ip grabbed or kicked out of the match, absolutely do not buy this game if you plan to play with friends or multiplayer at all

This is the first remake where if you would ask me which one you should play, i'd say play both OG and remake since their gameplay can be enjoyed for different reasons

As for this game by itself, it's honestly GOTY so far for me it's really good in every aspect
