Fun new addition to DayZ, ignore the haters, people love to whine that games use their own assets but the same people tend to praise games that are mostly store bought assets.

Enjoyable map with a stunning look, far superior to Livonia and more manageable for people that play less hours at a time due to map size. The cold buff is easily manageable when focusing on collecting warm clothes, and the fires when required encourage player interaction, skirmishes and events. Comes with nice QoL added to DLC and base game such as fishing improvements. The cold climate causes some players to opt for warmer clothes over protective, allowing for a more balanced late game. Those who can stay away from fire longer are more squishy and those who opt for heavy armour millitary are forced to warm up more often. The map still contains hidden secrets and features as mentioned on recent communications from the team, the critics are just arrogant to this. Those who complain and mention Namalsk fail to mention how few general pop download the mods and play those servers, Sakhal as of now is booming.

Boring fast

Need to install an external installer to update and play the game, the Steam install is just the stupid updater. Game is good, but do not get it on Steam.

Buy two snipers, go akimbo, overlap the scopes and prepare to start blasting.
