Since people want to use their pre-existing Guild Wars 2 launcher and ArenaNet account. All you have to do is go to Guild Wars 2 in your library:

Right-click
Properties
Launch Options
Type in:
-provider Portal

And now you can use your ArenaNet launcher through Steam.
