After messing around and adjusting the zoom scale to be further out and making the resolution 2560 x 1440 it was so much easier to play. With that being said this is by far the best command and conquer game ever released. The ability to take over enemy buildings and build out anywhere you want without restrictions just makes it that much more enjoyable. Only wish there was dedicated multiplayer matchmaking for 8-16 players and large map sizes.

After having played 5000+ hours of the game I think it's about time I left a review...

I definitely believe this is a one of a kind game with how much has been packed into it over the years and a must try. The continuous additions to the game by the development team has kept it alive. While like any game you can find flaws and some Ark specific flaws include; unbalanced gameplay, mega group (tribe) mentality in PVP servers, updates that are seen as game breaking, map/terrain bugs and exploits, and in-game abuse of mechanics to benefit your group longer term.

However, with all that said certain issues have been addressed relatively quickly such as developers wiping all tribe structures and banning players for breaches, fixes implemented to balance gameplay, updates to in-game quality of life via scheduled TLC updates, new server types such as small tribes, and more.

Recently I have discovered the biggest player base for the game is actually PVE and I guess that makes some sense to me as there is so much to achieve/conquer in the game. I strongly recommend doing some research about the game prior to diving in as you may find it difficult to learn the basics or at least reach out in global chat looking for help, most PVE players love to chat.

When it comes to PVP personally I'd say this is for the more hardcore gamers who love a good grind, challenge, and have patience. If you start out solo on official PVP servers you will no doubt have an extremely hard time surviving and achieving any significant footprint. The best outcome you can have is being picked up by another tribe or starting with a group of friends. Alternatively trying your luck on PVP small tribe servers which have a cap of 6 player tribes.

I'd like to touch on the ability to travel between maps/worlds. Ark has over the years released DLC for the game and with this DLC came new maps. This unique feature has enabled for travel between servers with your character, gear, and dinosaurs, and has really kept this game going. It allows you/your tribe to spread your gear around and not have all your eggs in one basket, especially crucial for PVP servers. Unlike other MMO's where you most likely cannot lose everything, in Ark you could have a years+ work wiped in a day.

If you're still interested then I'd say definitely do your research but try to stick to recent posts/updates as most of the content out there is quite dated and not relevant. Discover what game play style fits you best and play accordingly on those servers. Unofficial servers are also a great approach as it can help you find game play style that works best for you. Other great resources are the official discord server, the ark wiki, and the survive the ark forums.

Early Access Review
The game started out real rough with major bugs and issues. From the first few days of gameplay I was ready to not play again after dying to glitches and having various bugs occur casuing a disatvantage. Since then the game has moved forward quite a lot and almost all bugs that significantly affect your gameplay have been fixed.

With each major update rolling out some seriously cool things get put in. The base building and base structures have also improved.

Simply put I think this is now a great game to play and would recommend jumping onboard the band wagon of the alpha stages. Can't wait for what's next!

TF2 is one of the unique games developed by valve. The overall graphics are very different from most games as they give of an animated cartoon look. I've owned the game for some years now and have actaully paid for it when it wasn't free to play. There are various playable characters, all with different perks and play styles. There is also a trade system incorporated into TF2 which allows players to trade and buy new skins, equipment, hats and items that can change your play style. Overall the game is very balanced and quite fun. There are also various different gametypes. I would recommened everyone to at least try Team Fortress 2 as it is now free to play and see how they go.

CS:GO Review
This game is a mixture of cs1.6 and css, good fun and worth the buy!

Keep an eye out for sales as they occur quite often.

Only dislike the fact that they changed the gun sounds, was happy with how they previously sounded.
