I haven't played that much, just shy of 10 hours. I've already decided to put the EA run down and wait until it's released, because it's that good to me and I don't want to spoil it (especially since they're wiping the saves).
Combat feels VERY good. Enemies go down in a few hits and so do you (without healing).
The world has a mix of Elden Ring / Dark Souls and Morrowind feel to it. It has a dark eldritch apocalyptic feeling, but at the same time there are NPC's making a living in towns. It doesn't feel like a dead world and you're walking through the decaying corpse of it, like in many of the souls games.
I know I brought up Souls games, so I just want to make clear that it does not play like a Souls game in terms of difficulty. I wouldn't say it's a particularly difficult game (at Normal difficulty) but the gameplay, especially combat, feels much better than - for example - the TES games. Hopefully the balance holds into higher the higher levels and later acts.

Great story, gameplay and over-all polish. You've heard the praise before.
I'm personally playing with Mouse and keyboard and I think it's actually working great. I would suggest changing from the Classic camera to Precision camera, or moving the camera with the mouse will feel slow and floaty.

Great story heavy game that sucks you into the setting. There's a sense of urgency (especially in the beginning) without being stressful and in the end I felt like I was making a home on the station.
As soon as the July free DLC drops I'm doing another run.

It's not perfect, but hours of entertainment (and much more with mods).
