With the dell optiplex plan, I would buy a gtx 1060 at the least. My gaming laptop has a 1050 ti and im not very satisfied with it. Also, unless your playing some low power games your going to want at the very least 8 gigs of ram in it. Also dont be fooed by the titles of the proccessors like core i7 or i5. If you see it has an I5 or i7 make sure it is sixth gen or above otherwise you might want to consider replacing it.
