I use to play the first Nioh on ps4 for awhile when it came out. First time touching it in years.
I can say that this one is way better than the first in all aspects.
They steer really far away from sticking you to a main character and skins.
You are Nioh in this one, everything about the story is about you. Do a good job with your character in creation because the cut scene's are beautiful.

Some of the creatures attacks are really annoying because it's like why is something that stupid looking giving me this much of an issue. lol but late game once you start seeing your build work it's rewarding.

The co-op in this game is great, it's like they are always giving you a reason to play with others. Also multiple ways you can co-op was an interesting take. I also love that there are no forced pvp instances in this game. But still being able to see other players graves and fight their character's AI for loot, is awesome.

Love Team Ninja and the job they do, I hope I get to see many more great games by them.
