A great DLC with challenging puzzles even compared to the main game. A great little side story that I hope has impact on the second game. 100%ed this dlc, the three endings aren't worth going back for in game. I'd just look them up on youtube just different lines, but still worth seeing. If you like a challenging puzzle this is a great challenge with 3 requiring me to look up hints when I didn't have to in the base game.

Played consistently from Operation Red Crow all the way to Grim Sky and stopped since. Was a really fun game back then, but much has changed and much that should have changed has stayed the same.

I think the amount of new operators definitely overwhelmed me and I already knew what half of them did so for a new player it might be a bit much to learn them all along with the maps and guns and such but is hopefully still fun once you do (I cannot speak for the current meta though as I only played a handful of matches since coming back).

I think Ubisoft connect is still the jankiest crap ever. You'd think after 6 years it wouldn't be so laggy and buggy and horrendous with customer service (they sent me a 2FA recovery email link that was broken twice lmao), but idk what I expected from Ubisoft. I also think they butchered the menus and style of the game ages ago, but oh well its the age of Fortnight and battle-passes its what every game looks like now. Base game play was still fun even if I was getting dunked on by abilities I couldn't even fathom or comprehend.

This game over the years has been studied down to a science and has grown into something far more complex than I could've imagined almost a decade ago (feels old saying that). I think if I gave it more time to relearn all the operators and maps I could be okay for casual play, but I still think I'd be too far behind to play ranked and nowhere near how I used to be. It was fun to run people down as Blitz again or rock my good old Jäeger loadout, but I think its time I hung up the mouse and keyboard. For future players Ubisoft will probably run this game into the ground at any moment with terrible balancing or something someday, but its still very fun and very much worth a try. I made many memories playing this game and I hope it does for others as well.

I only want this game for Star Wars Galactic Conquest but the Squad devs keep breaking it. I download it for free whenever its on a free weekend only for them to have broken it. I'd give my money in a heartbeat if they stopped messing with people wanting to mod the game but they seem to have a prerogative against enjoying the game in ways that aren't their vanilla experience. The day that changes I will gladly recommend this game and buy it as the gameplay is fun and I want nothing more than to play Galactic Conquest.

Highly recommended to anybody that likes puzzles, introspective thinking/philosophy, and people who just like a really intriguing story. Not a HUGE puzzle game player, but I wouldn't say I'm dumb and I was able to do all the puzzles (including all star levels, messenger, tower, etc.) without any guidances or walkthroughs. Though I did need a guide that had hints for getting the stars for a few as some locations eluded me. A good difficulty for most I'd think while still having challenge for those who play these kinds of games more often. Super fun puzzles with multiple endings and tons of extra content (as well as the DLC which I plan to try at some point). If you're thinking of getting it, get it. Especially if its on sale.

Really fun and cute game that is beyond worth the $2 I paid when it was on sale. Very simple concept and graphics that get more interesting the more you play. Lots of little Easter eggs and such to do around the map. Highly recommend if you want a fun little game to put a quick few hours into.

Writing this review because over 10 years on none of my friends heard of or know this game. I have been aged and am officially a boomer. Classic game (some slightly dated quality of life features), please play.

Writing this review after only getting one of the endings. This game is like if you took the game Firewatch and mashed it with Star Trek. It took very little time for the game to have me hook line and sinker, and in no time I had grinded the entire first run in one sitting. Everything is in a classic 50's-60's space styling with parallels of that same era reflected in the story as well (also sci-fi easter eggs and flavor texts). I think I bought this game on sale but I wouldn't even care, this game is worth every penny. The game constantly keeps you asking questions, looking for answers, and pondering even further questions about humanity as a species and what life could be like in the cosmos. With multiple endings there's replayability with different endings to discover. Playing this felt like being in an episode of Star Trek (almost exactly like a certain episode. No spoilers). Cannot recommend this game enough, will be reading the accompanying story that inspired this game.

Bought on Itch.io a few months back and had a blast. Bought again on here to experience the new content, support the creator, and just to have it in my library. Beyond worth the price. Great gameplay that makes you think twice about every decision, creative setting, and banging music. Idk what else shows I recommend it more than having bought the game twice.

Amazing music, fun game, makes me rage though because I suck at videogames. Well worth trying, especially since its free but having to start all the way over after making a deep run is infuriating to me. I know for some people that's fun but for me its the exact opposite and makes me tilt, a personal dislike not an objective bad.
