The main thing is that this game is pure FUN. It's a platform fighter like Smash, but it doesn't really feel like playing Smash. The game feels amazing casually, and is in-depth enough to dive in and get better competitively.

Again: SO fun.

I'd classify this game as a Dodgeball Arena Brawler. The mechanics and movement are great, and it feels amazing to land a fully charged curve shot. It's incredibly fun in so many ways! I seriously hope it finds the same level of success Rocket League did.

Suggestion for future seasons: 1v1s can get a little stale sometimes. Perhaps adding different types of feint, and maybe quicker and smaller dashes that has some verticality could level up the playing field!

I've tried a lot of smash clones, and even Icons back when that was a thing. That being said, I'm super impressed with this game's main mechanic: SPARK. You basically have wavedash button that can be used as a dash mid-air, and as long as you have SPARK, you can cancel ANYTHING into a dash or a jump. How do you get SPARK? By simply hitting your enemy once. That means you can hit, dash, hit, dash, basically infinitely. Matches turn into a DBZ fight pretty damn quickly, and I absolutely love it. The fact that this game's online uses rollback is a beautiful cherry on top. Can't wait to play when it gets more polish when they'll release the full game.

Early Access Review
Anybody who played I Wanna Be The Guy, I Wanna Be The Boshy or any other fangame will feel right at home.

Essentially Mario Maker for fangames, but with much more versatile tools.

Fantastic re-telling of the classic story. Many moments are taken straight from the manga and the anime, and the game makes some of those moments look the best they've ever looked.

I got the final achievement after about 70h of gameplay, although that includes some grinding for the hell of it because the combat makes you feel like a complete badass.

Hiccups here and there, and you can definitely notice lack of polish in certain areas of the game. The sidequests are the least enjoyable part of the game, and so is the fishing. However, it doesn't make the overall experience less enjoyable. Flying around is a joy, and the sense of scale of each location makes the DB universe more real in a weird way.

Strongly recommending the game for any DBZ fan, or even people who want to experience the story for the first time. It's a nice condensed summary of the series that captured our ♥

Phenomenal game. Completed the original trilogy, and the remaster on PS4. Here I am again.

Graphics are out of this world, especially now that this version has the ability to remove motion blur. 144fps is supported, but currently has a bug where you slide on the ground while standing still. I'm playing at 100fps without any issue.

50$CAD is a steal for 3 great games, each one better than the last.

Phenomenal game.
The passion of the dev is palpable in every aspect of this game.

Everything from the story, to the training, to the gameplay loop in general, to the endgame feels so interconnected and beautifully crafted. If you liked the flash game, you will ADORE this. So much polish. And if you didn't play the flash game, it'll make this experience feel even fresher.
