Como a comida espanhola é uma merda, deixo aqui uma receita de tarte de morangos:

Ingredientes:
Uma embalagem de massa folhada
75g de açúcar
2,5dl de leite
30g de farinha maisena
1 c. chá de manteiga
1 casca de limão
1 pau de canela
1 ovo
Morangos q.b.
Doce ou geleia de morangos q.b.

Preparação:
Forrar uma forma de fundo falso com a massa folhada e fazer furinhos, espetando um garfo no fundo.
Pôr o leite para o creme a ferver com o açúcar, o limão e a canela até obter uma mistura homogénea. Ainda ao lume, vá juntando o ovo já batido em fio. Quando voltar a ferver, juntar a farinha e mexer sempre durante um minuto para engrossar. Retirar do lume.
Colocar o creme em cima da massa folhada e espalhar.
Lavar os morangos e fatiar fininho. Cobrir o creme com os morangos e colocar no forno médio já aquecido 30 minutos.
Quando estiver pronto e os morangos cozidos retirar do forno e pincelar com doce ou geleia de morango.
